What pings are you getting on BSNL Broadband?

This is the Ping i generally get ,during evening time it get increased to 100 .

Speedtest website generally selects the nearest server for your ISP and starts the test. At least that's what I know. But in any case everyone should indeed use the exact same server. If those first two results with insanely high ping were done from a far off location from your place then that's unwise.
 
Bsnl's three new plans viz. 199, 299 and 491 plans have speeds up to 20Mbps. I'm surprised @jtnrao7 is getting 30Mbps speeds! Can you please post a fresh screenshot of your speed, snr and attenuation?
