WhatsApp and web.whatsapp.com is not working on Hathway

Hello, I am sure WhatsApp and web.whatsapp.com is not working correctly on Hathway Broadband.

I have other ISP too (including Airtel VDSL and ADSL) and it's working fine on them.

I am facing this issue from last 3-4 days.

Are you facing?



On WhatsApp, It doesn't send the message or receive message as it used too (instant).

I have tried deleting cookies, cashe, reinstalling WhatsApp and many other basic stuff. It's the problem limited to Hathway.

i can confirm at least this that it does work on isps that do not give public ips.
it works for me on both excitel and den boomband. so nat should not be causing this problem.

It isn't a problem about public IP or not. It was working for me 2-3 days back. I have been using it for like 2+ years.

Working fine for me try again, sometimes hathway gets all crazy and doesn't work properly.

Working absolutely fine without any issues.

I've tried multiple stuff but it isn't working.
