This is the answer everytime they give when there is a disconnection issue. are you experiencing this issue from the last 2 weeks? i have seen a reduction in snr margin from the last 2 weeks. a friend of mine also reported about frequent disconnection these days
disconnection can cause if your line is faulty, you need to check that, try changing to another port, change drop wire etc, these all has to be checked by the line man. ask them to check with their modem to see there is disconnection problem again.
