Yahoo Account access on Vodafone GPRS

I am not able to access my Yahoo account on Vodafone GPRS. Previously, I used to able to access the same. Has there been any change in the settings? Even my friend is not able to.Anyone else who is facing the same problem? Do we need to contact Vodafone regarding this?
 
Am facing no issues accessing yahoo through my Vodafone 🙂
 
i guess it is the problem with vodafone's gprs service...though i'm able to access all of yahoo! services, gmail app n google maps...don't work at allthey work fine with airtel's gprs
 
Gmail apps dont work in vodafone , thats a confirmed bug , it uses ports which are closed by vodafone
 

All Application With Vodaphone gprs wont work Becoz They give us a proxy ip... Few Apps Will works like opera and opera mini
 
Thats strange, coz I am able to access my Gmail account without any problem, but not the yahoo one.

Guys do you think we should all write to Vodafone CC and ask them to open these ports so we can access GMailApp ,like our brethren in Airtel.
Heck one of my Friends with a MTNL dolphin connection is also able to use Gmail on his mobile😗

If a lot of us write to them at the same time,maybe it will be opened.

P.S:- anyone have any idea what these blocked port numbers are?????
