How to get rid of Ip's starting from 117?

My ip's used to easily change back previously but now I only get ip's starting from 117, been trying to restart my router since morning with no success. I get high pings in every game with ip's starting from 117, I have good Line stats with snr - 20-30 and Attentuation 20-30. No disconnection problems but Ip's just don't start with anything else. I used to get a lots of ip's back then and restarting 1 or 2 times would get me one with better latency. Any way to get rid of this?

I had other ip just 3-4 days before. Playing csgo fine on 50ms. :v My line stats hardly change.
 

Will try it but that doesn't make sense though. :v Will try it as there are no other solutions. The only other isp i could find was skyline network which I don't know shit about.
 
sadly same thing happened with me its been a month ,, i used to get low ping ip range but now i only stucked with 117.212 which give me high ping on indian sv and 100 ping to sea , what should i do? my friend having cheap plans getting good ping with 117.205
