I didn't know I have not used it , the specs say it can though through it's app, if any thing is connected to it USB 3.0 port.
@anant.del can you try this and tell if a download manager is present in this router?

Asus RT-AC58U has given pretty solid performance so far, idk if it will do 4k streaming though as both router and the device connected to TV should be capable of streaming at that rate wirelessly, it streams 1080p content on my Amazon fire stick without problem.
Did you try the instructions in the manual for installing download master?(it's the link I provided)
