Carrier Aggregation on Airtel 4G LTE

Airtel in AP Circle. I did a test while I was in train and got Max speeds of 95 Mbps Down and 30+ Mbps Up but idk whether it was using CA or not coz my Nokia doesn't shows 4G+ for Airtel.

Yes in Delhi i got b8+b3,B1+B3,B3+B41 CA on vodafone.All were 2CA only.And you are right they have not combined band 3 5mhz and band 3 10mhz

I got SMS in marathi, hindi and english from Airtel (I have prepaid SIM) a few days ago something like "Airtel has added extra layer of 4G for better indoor coverage and better speeds, so enjoy it dude".
 
Main problem with Airtel is still they didn't commercialised the data traffic in band 1 in many States where 3G is still running parallel. Phone will not latch to band 1 in 90 % of time. Once 2100mhz is fully deployed they will power down 2300mhz so that users will get band 1 indoors.

yeah.Even in my state band 1 is there but for using band 1 i have to disable band 3 and b40 in Phone
 

In Kolkata Airtel does not have band 1, but Vodafone has been using band 1 for LTE. It's only 5Mhz, but phones latch onto it almost always inside buildings and speeds are about 10 mbit down. After shutting down 3G, they'll probably deploy full 10Mhz of it.
 
Yeah when i went to kolkata i got b3,b8,b40 in airtel i think airtel don,t have 2100mhz spectrum in kolkata circle as 3G was also not there.
 
Does anyone have any idea the amount of the spectrum Airtel holds in all Bands in all circles .I wish to know how much Band 1 spectrum Airtel has in Kerala now?..
 
according to my state airtel used to combine two 5mhz 3G carriers when 4G was not there.It also used to show as 4G symbol in samsung phones.it was able to give 20Mbps down and 2mbps up.Though i am not sure about other state but i think max bw will be 10mhz after they shut down 3G.
 
Total band 1 spectrum for Vodafone Idea will be the aggregate of band 1 spectrum held by both Vodafone and Idea. If Idea has 5Mhz band 1 in Chennai, eventually full 15Mhz will be deployed for band 1 LTE.
