How do I activate Happy Browsing on my BSNL Broadband connection?

You must contact ur nearest exchange they can only increase the speed. I visited exchange 3 times alsi called up NIB .
Bsnl sucks.. so u must have to fight for the speed
 
UPDATE: I am getting 5.5 mbps speed now. As per my D-Link modem:

Line Rate :
Downstream Line Rate (Kbps): 6479
Upstream Line Rate (Kbps): 632

Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test

Attainable Rate is now 7460 kbps (previously 10,064)

The only thing that is bad is SNR 8 dB. Previously 20dB.
I thanked JTO and told this problem of poor SNR, he said after reseting profile the SNR decreases, it is common. Either you can get good speed or SNR as our system are old and not designed to provide high speed. He doesn't even how it all gets fixed.

Can anyone confirm if this "Happy Browsing" thing is still live and kicking in the month of June 2018.

If so can anyone put screenshots and links as well please.

This is strange but,from day 1 iam facing problem with bsnl broad band,now the problem is iam getting this popup message in browser like u have crossed your fup limit from bsnl( the highlight of this is iam getting it on the first day of the month like at 12:20 am on july 1)seriously bsnl...my plan is 845 ULD 200GB at 8mbps and after the limit its 4 mbps ..but iam not even getting 2 mbps...please help me out
 
happy browsing popup happens to me too when even before 12:10 as I was dowloading at the moment and its normal behavior. in case of speed you are not getting even your post fup speed so its something with your line post you adsl stats page here . Most probably your line rate must be capped at 2048 kbps . If thats the case complain to bsnl twitter handle or contact nib guys to change your line profile
 
It happened to me too a couple of times like you when within minutes the happy browsing message popped up. So now what I do is - as soon as I login the first day of the month, I manually activate the Happy Browsing offer from this page - http://172.30.83.134:9090/ssssnpm/promotional.jsp

No hassles, no popups and no redirection to BSNL email site.
 
Adding to the strangest things that happen to me with bsnl,here is an other issue.I usually use BSNL PRO android application (avaliable on google store) to know the data usage (it does a fair job) ,it has two options 1)to show the amount of data consumed 2)which ever plan iam in.now the highlight is till the month of may it used to show me my plan as 845ULD 200GB( i used to not get any happy browsing bullsh*t...... popups),but from last month it it showing me that your plan is 35GB( so after i cross the limit it naturally redirects me to happy browsing sh*t)note:i have not changed or manupilated or done anything to my plan.so naturally i called the customer care and asked them what wrong they didnt give a damn to it and finally said your are still on 200GB plan according to our data base and ended the call,now the intresting part is that the employees from the local office called me and asked ,i said the same story,they said they too cant figure it out why its showing 35 gb and finally gave free suggession that think positive everything will be good( their advice:try restating the router when the message popup was their answer)now what should i do????????.I previously used ACT fibernet 700GB plan the service was fantastic everything was 5/5. now i have to use bsnl because i have no other option in my HomeTown.{{the reason i couldent post any images because iam new to this forum and i honestly dont know how to post images in this so please bare}}
 
Edit: Ok so you are not getting pre Fup speed neither Happy browsing. that's weird. What's your line profile speed?

12799/1020 is my down/upstream[note W.R.T danish880 i do get the happy browsing popup when ever i go beyond the 35GB every single time] are u getting what iam trying to say like @35GB i get it i call them and intimate and they do something ,then @70GB i get it again,@105 again....and goes on and i have to keep calling them to fix the issue but they dont give a shit.
