Cables are being cut because of metro, nothing can be done about it. My connection was down for the first day after installation for 12 hours.
Losing all hope for the connection to be fixed, this is the latest update from NCO.
Called LCO and told him about this, he said install teamviewer for remote desktop so he can check it out, didn't get a call back from him and he didn't pick up.

He visited today, says spikes after 10-15 seconds is a non-issue "Ittna toh aata hi hai". Says 1 out of 100 people care about this and only one other person in Nagpur has complained about this issue to him(one of you guys? has multiple connections he says). He says that he has done everything from his side but he will bring Nagpur NCO with him tomorrow. Offered me refund of installation charges after billing cycle if I want.
@sahibunlimited My connection was restored today, the LCO guy changed the switch as it was fried and he blamed my router for frying his switch. Now this connection has become a shitty connection, getting ping spikes and bad pings to Singtel Singapore like 300ms whereas earlier it was 85ms. Any guidance on why did this happen after the switch was replaced? Is the ethernet cable faulty or the switch?
I don't know what to tell you, I only have basic knowledge about this but from what I can conclude is that the issue is not only on the gateway but also on further points including the link from Nagpur to their Mumbai hub and it is impossible that they would fix their whole network for 3-4 users that have problems with it.
Look at this, issues at multiple points, 203.192.224.6, 10.248.2.109, 203.192.224.1 and also tata backend 14.143.59.13.

I installed the software but I don't understand how is it possible to have 80% packet loss and still have 50mbps speed for the most part? Also packet loss is 6-7% in games during ping spikes of 300-500ms, other that that I don't have packet loss ingame.
