You broadband 100mbps in Nagpur

Is anyone using it in Nagpur? What are the pings to Singapore and Europe? Is the speed consistently 100mbps?
It does not show my area as available on the website, will talk to them tomorrow.

I registered by calling customer care, they said that I will receive a call in 4 hours but I didn't. They also said that my area is feasible but I doubt it.

Guy told me 60mbps unlimited for 1899 and 100mbps 600gb FUP for 1799

No reply from them, they keep saying my request is set to high priority and Mr.Aakash is assigned to check for feasibility .

Any recent reviews of you broadband in nagpur?(Speed, stability and pings to SG and EU) They might be coming in my area soon and I am looking for a new ISP because of BSNL's insanity. Also please tell what are the installation charges and are there any plans that are not shown on the website.

They said that they are planning Achraj Towers 1 Koradi Road, they got permission to install. I am 750m from there according to google maps and he said that they can provide upto 1km, I will only get it if the installation cost is 500-1000+plan cost, I paid 3000+plan cost for One broadband and it had ping spikes to 500ms every 5 seconds and high downtime, I got disconnect after a month and got installation cost refund after a few months.(LCO was a good guy and took the loss even though issue was in backend of one broadband)

Applied, no installation cost, I paid only for the monthly plan which is 1999 for 60mbps unlimited. He said that it would take 20-25days.
