Unfortunately nope. I'm looking for a similar device which supports CA, but that's super expensive.

Correct, it comes with a POE adapter and I use that. There is also a normal DC jack as well if you need to power it that way.

If u guys are worried about importing a LTE cpe from china. You can buy from a Chinese company Asiatelco which has direct presence in india with a sales and support team.I reached out to them a while ago and they were prompt with replies.
They said that the sell LTE cpe for about 6K+ Shipping charges and i don't know whether they support carrier aggregation or not.

Yep, I had checked with them as well. This is the price I got for the external model back in December 2018.
