Not able to make new request (Hathway)

Hello, Please advice what to do.

I am not able to make new request on the Hathway Website or App because of the already opened request since December 11, 2017.

I have tweeted them, mail them and called them multiple times but they are not closing the complain.

What to do?

Please advice.

Excitel does the same I think on their portal. Stupidity.
 
I don't know. Do you recommend anything in this regards or how do you fix it?
 
Amazon hide chat option for some pre selected option. So I just select irrelevant option to get to the chat option.
 
Do they have another topic under which you can file a complaint?
I've complaint them via. Facebook, Twitter, Email and Phone.

Still no reply or solution
 


Such a pathetic company it is. They are only seeing the message but aren't replying or doing anything with this case.
 
After mailing like 100 times to the emails such as Helpdesk, Delteam, billing, nodal and appellate. They haven't solved the concern yet.

I must say, this company is shit in terms of organizing and management.

I called to their Nodal Numbers 100 times but no one ever picks that up.
