The Government of Haryana envisions the use of latest IT and Geo-spatial technologies for effective implementation of G-governance initiatives under "CM Digital Haryana mission" in order to realize optimal efficiency, transparency and accountability in the work flows of all departments. The empowerment of citizens is also part of the Government's vision. The "Harpath Haryana Citizen Grievance" mobile app enables citizens to report the road conditions like damaged road and accident blackspot along with location based information and photograph. This is an official mobile app of Government of Haryana. The citizen's complaint will be routed to the concerned engineer of the respective responsible department ( PWD - Buildings and Roads, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, Haryana Urban Development Authority and Urban Local Bodies Department ). The status of action taken is also available for citizen to view in the mobile app. The solution is powered by National Remote Sensing Centre (NRSC), Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on Bhuvan Geo-platform.
