16 and 20 mbps Broadband worth getting?

I read many reviews regarding the docomo broadband, some good and mostly bad ones, but those were written over half a year ago. Does the connection still have many problems? Does the customer care still suck? Is it true that a single file can only be downloaded at 8 mbps? I use an airtel 2mbps connection, Is it worth making the transition?

Only if you need it and also FUP should be generous and not some 10GB and all pathetic FUP.
