Udemy performance issues on Excitel Broadband

Anyone experiencing massive buffering on udemy? I can hardly stream even if I go 480p, I have to pause for a good few minutes on 480p and 360p plays fine but that's potato quality.

no issues..... playing their highest resolution 720 without buffering.....
 
I never use Excitel dns servers anyway, most of the times I'm on d0wn dns. I know this will get worse on the weekend so I'm hoping that they'll have a look then but I'm not holding my breath, it won't be long before they also start doing this

well i was suggesting trying out default nameservers. google and opendns perform optimally for me but performance goes down massively when i switch to any other dns like 9.9.9.9.
 
All mobile devices run on default dns servers as there's no way to switch without installing an app
 
No issues since this weekend but I'm still not convinced that it's actually resolved.
 
I want to say one thing, You get what you pay for. 🙂

Excitel doesn't have robust infra. for sure.
