i wonder if they would start taking fingerprints next for delivery confirmations. most Amazon delivery people do not even take signatures these days at my place.

they are also seeking aadhaar for importing stuff from Amazon.com. even though any other ID proof should suffice.

Asking any kind of proof should be mandatory for e-commerce. Infibeam already has in built option for submitting IDs.

This is the only way to reduce the flood of fake orders as well as orders with incorrect address.

Same. 60% of the time they just hand over the box and walk away.
