Any body in HYD

Any body from hyderabad here using beam cable services ? How is the service .... I have seen their pacakge today in which they provide 256kbps for Rs 850 unlimted...any body tried this out? How is thier service ? Are there major downtimes and how is the customer care?

some of my frnds hav beam in A G colony and another near sarojini eye hospital, masab tank and they say its really gud they get speeds as promised and sometimes more at nite. but on the other side , another frnd stays near NMDC,mehdipatnam says their speeds are average i.e around 70kbps for a promised 80kbps line. and talking of customer care they hav a mini call centre in their office and gud service. ps: beam connection will depend on the local operator who is going to provide u the service. so make enquiry with the locals who hav the conn in ur area

in west marredpally it's very good service, my overall experience is verygood with them

frankly speeking...beam cable is fraud cable...my frnds who have 256 kbps connection never get even 100 KBPS ...SO TAKE RISK...OR LOOK FOR OTHERS
