ADSL MB = 110 MB

When i checked on 1 morning it showed me 110 mb remaining.so then i called up 1500 (mum) they told adsl ka billing cycle is from 4th of every month.but then according to you all on bbforum.in it is on 1st.so i again called up 1500 n this time they told me that i might have used it!!!!!here's the pic View attachment 226

The account renewal in Delhi happens on the 1st of every month...the mumbai operations of MTNL are more haywire than the delhi ops

Can u see the words "Please Ignore this figure" ?That indicates they r fixing that counting problem nowBTW those at 1500 (Mum) is just general helpthey keep on redirecting youThe real helpline is 1504 (Mum)on 1504 register your complaint with billing deptThen billing dept will call you back within 2-4 hrs and at that time you can get your problem solved.And 1st of every month is refilling cycle for everyone and thats confirmed.

no... dont try calling now unless ur connectivity has jhol... so many of ur arnd mumbai have called up reg billing n i bet theyr already on the job.... giv them time n theyl solve it.....
