Credit Card companies are asking customers to link their cards with their Aadhaar Number

I got a call from ICICI (whom i have vehicle insurance with) and they said to submit a xerox of my adhaar immediately since its been made "mandatory" I asked them to show where it is said mandatory and he said I dont know saar, im only doing what I'm instructed to do

wtf is this shit. so many people are after my adhaar to build databases
 
Max life already sent me message to link adhaar so insurance policy also getting link now
 

Its clear people are building databases for all sort of future spams/scams

china is rolling out points system for its population. write any thing bad, you lose a point. search for anti government website and you lose another point lose enough points and state police will visit you.

how much time do you think it'll pass before indian government follows the same?
 
Just now got sms from Citibank, guess what, they also want to link my Aadhaar with Credit card. Just last week I linked Aadhaar with their Savings account, why can't they use same data?
 
same got sms from citi cc.
Sbi bank is bombarding with sms day n night.
 
Is there any petition still pending in SC against linking of Aadhar to bank a/c? Can we expect any positive results before 31st December?
