airtel still seems cheaper. the Rs 2000 unlimited plan does not have clarity and speed. They are trying to get into my society.

^^ Finding one would be really a long-process. They have been around for a good long-time now (though gained media attention recently only). Their expansion process seems to be more like ACT rather than matching the competition with Airtel or Jio.
They are clearly targeting the markets which has good paying customers.
I can only speculate that TATA is one of the major bandwidth backend after Airtel in India. Their services should be good.
