In Bangalore act customer care becomes very pathetic ..the customer and nodal number are dead from last few days and not reachable ..the tickets opened though ACT app or sms and Support Login are still in opened state from last few days and unresolved...

so please keep saving act support people number on phone who helped you earlier to resolve problem ..they are only point of contact and hope for me now..if everything fails.
NEVER FACED SUCH PROBLEMS WHILE I AM WITH AIRTEL Broadband...NOW ONLY BATTERY BACKUP IS ADVANTAGE OF ACT ..which is not available for Airtel modem/router unless one install UPS backup.
