But u know what, I asked billing dept yesterday to again reset my account cause even he admitted it was mistake from their part.

Just now i again got the phone from them.He told that necessary changes were made to my account.

just take a printscreen (there's a button on ur keyboard)...open "paintbrush"...paste the shot u've taken...edit it if needed...save it as "jpg" remember "jpg" default is "bmp" and it's quite huge file...and attach it with ur message...i hope that helps 🙂

well yaa even my mb`s are getting over ver yquickly even though i dont use my account except between 12-8 .. should i cal them up??? or just leave it for them to do thier own stuff 😀

i think i already told...they said it's annual charges (though this plan has no annual charges and i never opted for one)...they made 3 installments of the amount and asked me to pay those...said if u get any other bill that u think is not right, don't pay it...so i think it's ok...but then i can't hop ISPs for 1 yr!!! 😱 :huh:the correspondence from my side is still going on...let's see if anything comes out...btw, have already paid the first installment of 2k... :wub:
