max d/l in an hour

actually the amt u d/l depends... if i dl frm a http site i shud get arnd 90-100... but p2p 70-80
 

as far aas i understand torrents... the prog also has to d/l info abt seeds/peers etc.... has to send n exchange data with other comps.. so the overall transfer mite be pro-expected speed.... but the actual file... iv got max 600/nite
 
mn.... butyes.. like wht iv learnt...the phone line comin in straight n then splitting thing..... im tryin to get a new phone connection for the internet n my room.... il then compete wit ur 850... lol
 
hmm i finally forwarded my ports... finally!!! thanks to all the articles on this forum !! and now i get kick-ass speeds! one thing i have done is .. that after forwarding ports i`m using bittornado. settings for dial - up 😛.. So effectively my uploads are only 3-8KB.. but downloads are 27KB.. hehehe... the catch is you gotta download healty torrents.. otherwise you dont get max speed 😀 .. so now on torrents too i get sometimes 100 MB effective downloads! hehe
 
i've not forwarded any ports or done anything extra anywhere, still i get around 28.5 kBps average on torrents... 😀
 
if you guys talking of night then i sometimes go beyond 1GB......only problem is most of the time either local lan is down or some societies switch off the switch in their building and i am cut off till morning. 🙁

So i don't get much of the unlimited time as such. 🙁

hmm you have to forward ports for bit tornado... otherwise it doesnt work as it should... and i get max download from anywhere at 27KB.. so well i cannot exceed that ..the reason i dont want to use bit comet is for the upload speeds 😛 .. seee i can set my BT on dial-up and still download at 27KB and upload only at 3-7 kB.. but on bit comet this just doesnt happen for me.. if i put my uploads so low there then my download speed suffers!! hmmm ... mirc rocks tooo.. but what i want i have to wait for it in a queue 🙁 .. so then it doesnt work for me usually 🙁
