do people use these? i mean i get the point. both husband and wife work so it is better for them to pickup their product at a store instead of dealing with delivery people who have no fixed timings.
never used personally but it would depend upon location of store and item weight, if I have a job I can pickup while coming home if its little far but on my way to home, if its too close then I won't have to deal with multiple delivery persons contacting for directions as Amazon do not like to group items sometime they send 3 different delivery person for 3 items ordered at the same time. And amazon cannot give excuse I was not at home.
But it is a good option.
my most weird amazon delivery is when the delivery person called at 10:30 pm asking for direction, it was out for delivery at 10:15 pm and I got my packet at past 11 pm. I told him to deliver it next day but poor guy senior asked him to deliver it before going home just one packet and his house was quite far from my location.
P.S. it is not just pickup point you are also required to deliver packets 30-40 per day depending upon location. I think someone told me its rs 18 per packet.
