What's going on with Reliance Broadband?

Hi guys. So, my Reliance broadband stopped working a few days ago. I checked the telephone to find that its also dead. I figured it might be some problem in the line, so I decided to call the customer care to lodge a complain.
I dialed 180030007777 on my mobile and followed the IVRS instructions. When I pressed 2 for "broadband connection not working" option, I got treated with "Thanks for calling Reliance Customer care", and the call just disconnected. Everytime I got treated with the same message.
Annoyed by this, I then dialed the appellate authoriy number, but here I got treated with "Apatkaleen stithi me seva uplabdh nahi he."

Can anyone help me get info on what's wrong with reliance customer care.

tl;dr: Internet and telephone dead, customer care services unavailable.
 
One option is to send a complaint here: broadband@relianceada.com, anil.ambani@relianceada.com. Though not sure if they are any useful today. Dumped Reliance a while ago.
 
reliance broadband seems to be operating on autopilot since the launch of thunder plans. nothing has changed since then. no new plans. no new technology.
 
So, I still can't reach the customer care. I digged around on the net and found this site : http://downdetector.in/problems/reliance-communications

All the people in the comments are saying that their reliance mobile/TV/broadband services have stopped working. It seems this problem is occuring with every Rcom customer. I've seen some comments that say that Rcom is closing all its operations and is shutting down? Can anyone verify this?

The local technician told me that it's caused by a major fault and will take 1-2 weeks to get solved.

Does anyone here knows what exactly is going on with Rcom? If it's indeed closing, I'll be in a major problem due to lack of good broadbands in my city 🙁
