1) if you have received IT refund this year.

OR

2) If you have not claimed refund - have you received assessment order (i.e. IT return accepted successfully)


Normally I receive refund OR assessment order within 15-30 days.

But this year - 2 months have passed but nothing done yet.

(For all 5 returns that I filed)

Just curious to know if Government is holding IT refund money too.
 
I filed 2 ITR's this yr, for AY 2016-17 and 2017-18 .

Already have gotten refund for 16-17 within 15 days.

Both ITR's were filed with aadhar OTP.

My 2nd ITR , I haven't received any refund for it yet. Here is a screenshot on IT website.

I got my refund within 20 days and same with my wife as well. In fact, my wife got the refund within 7 days after receiving assessment order..

not sure, we both received as the amounts were small.. i,e less than 1,000 INR.
 
So refunds for AY 2017-18 are on hold? (unless amount is < 1000?)

Need more people to confirm.

I filed late July between 25-29 July
 
Me and dad have not got our refunds. Mine was filed without aadhaar before deadline.
 

@amish Here are the details:

Not able to upload images on imgur.

The ITR was filed on 30th June (without Aadhar linkage) and was validated with Aadhar on 2nd Sep. ITR was processed on 15 Sep and the refund was processed on 22nd Sep.

As I said the amount is lesser than 1,000. This was in Bangalore IT circle.
 
All 5 returns that I filed are linked to Aadhar long back.
 
Any updates on refund.....

If not received what is the status of despatch.....

I am getting the following message...

Online Refund Status
  1. Your assessing officer has not sent this refund to Refund Banker.
  2. If this refund has been sent by your Assessing Officer within the last week, you may wait for a week and again check status.

Why are u checking NSDL?

Login to IT website and check status there.
 
Yes..... there was a link earlier on IT website but now I cannot find that link on IT website..... and even the hassle of logging on IT website..... so if you have many PAN's to check this is very convenient.....

anyway what is the status.....
