First of all sack all(80%) of the CCE, and recruit new ones
 
Hire a hacker to infiltrate this and any other forum about Sify users and get every bit of info on how they abuse it. Then make them pay.....
 
u know...they are so low they just might do that ...here hoping they pay you 1 lac....

Good one.. Next time i would give 10 year old children a flowchart and put them on CCE chairs to answer your quesries as they are only required to say "sorry" "troubleshoot" "restart" and "24 hours" .. thats bound to generate 1 Lakh to give to Subash

the first thing i would do is kick all the CTO which r with sify.I think those r the main culprit :angry:
 
I will use all my power to make Sushubh the customer care officer, probably take all emails and handle the chat as well.....hehe.
 
well if i were the ceoi would introduce fair practice and would offer broadband as its meant to beand punish rogue cto'sthis would eventually lead to profits and the image of the company would also improveand finally i would lead to prices of broadband being reduced by all other isps as competition drives the market
