Samsung, Xiaomi and Vivo are the top three smartphone companies in India

If Vivo and Oppo combine their share, they become the second largest player in India!

I don't see Vivo that much in cities but its absolutely big in villages.

btw Oppo, vivo and OnePlus are all one same company, bbk electronics. combine all 3 brands and they're probably number 2 in india.

That's what's I mentioned that Vivo and Oppo together already are the second largest player. OnePlus would probably not add much. Unless it has a three percent market share in which case :-D

OnePlus probably adds more to premium segment than Vivo/ Oppo

Samsung still leads in India but it's under immense pressure from Xiaomi

according to counterpoint data, xiaomi is now second and has pretty much caught Samsung for the top position in smartphone segment.

I would like to know the percentage of all Indian brands combined. (Micromax, Lava, Xolo etc.)

even Vivo and Oppo combined has 17% share. damn.
