Anybody heard about the current offer by Orange Properties, Bangalore. They offer 1/2 Kg of Gold for 3 BHK flat for a downpayment of Rs. 2 Lacs with no EMI till completion of project. They also had similar offers in the past for other projects. Anybody has idea about their genuineness? Anybody booked a flat in the current/earlier offers?
