I got banned!
MTNL mobile cust care (9869012345) told me to do the ekyc for my mobile no. I can go to the tel exchange. Today I went to Prabhadevi tel exchange & was told they have not started this as they DON’T HAVE the s/w & h/w and would take atleast 3 months. It seems that MTNL is not taking this job seriously coz this was announced last yr. but they seem to hav been sleeping all this while. I am going to let my sim lapse as it’s my second sim. MTNL has LOST A CUSTOMER TODAY not that it matters to them
