So with the new revised speeds, the cheaper 675rs plans also have a post fup of 2mbps and while this is nice, im wondering if its worth it to keep my 1199 plan. I can afford it since i moved to a cheaper house but i use 50 gb (someone said thats the new revised fup for the 1199 plan) quite quickly and id go to 2mbps in a week or so making my real speed 2mbps.

The only reasons i would keep this plan is incase they improve the plan nicely like suddenly removing the fup for it altogether and making it a 4mbps flat plan or a 120gb fup. It would be nice to have that plan upgrade automatically without having to deal with BSNL again. Also 4mbps seems really nice for perfect 720p youtube streaming and its so enjoyable!

Bsnl already giving 4mbps unlimited without fup from plans 675 as promotional offer. They launched 599 plan 2mbps flat.so i guess u decide on ur requirement.1199 plan is waste

I have BBG-COMBO-ULD-1199-MONTHLY, But its more for the unlimited landline to any network across India, my family tends to use the landline a lot, Last month there were more than 2000+ units clocked on it. Average monthly usage for my family(Mom) is about 1500 units.

If you use your landline mainly to call alot then this is better. Since this plan was introduced (~Sept 2016) my bills have halved and helped me save money for other things.

Wait so when it says unlimited landline does it mean its free? like do i have to pay extra or is it included in that 1199 bill?

BBG Combo ULD 1199 includes unlimited landline calling. Speak as much as you can to any number, anywhere in India. You will get Rs.1199 + GST as bill. Nothing more.

Yep Its completely free, anywhere in India to any network 24x7 , your bill will show 1199+ GST now. earlier the final bill was around 1370 rs with taxes. last month bill was billed from 1st till 25th June so my total bill was around 1149 inclusive of taxes.

Some plans have free calling but only from 9pm to 7 am from Mon to Saturday and for full time on Sundays.
