Troubleshooting Port Forwarding Issues on Excitel Broadband (Double NAT)

recently purchased tekken 7. cant find any matches because of closed ports.

i emailed at excitel helpdesk regarding static ip but i doubt that will help as numerous people have already did this all they have gotten is the standard response from excitel that they dont provide static ip.

so to people here who understand networking better than me , please assist me.

how can i open ports. solutions , suggestions, advice. anything.

No you cannot. It's double NAT.

yes the wan ip your getting is private ip and it natts to the publick ip when you brouse web sites so you can not open ports
