@Sushubh Need help with their billing cycle, Flipkart support is crazy. I bought some stuff just to test this payment option last month (16-17 oct) amount is very small.
So for last month transactions cardless credit bill should have generated on 1st of Nov right ? and I have to pay it by 15 Nov but in app it is showing 0 due for oct (last month transaction is visible).
How do I pay this bill so they don't add lates fines and ruin my credit score their support cannot understand and saying cardless option is disabled which is hilarious as I it is enabled normally for account and I can purchase new items with it.
Flipkart support has no clue how this should work ?

not sure if they have changed anything in recent weeks. but for me, they sent me mail when the payment was due and i paid it right then.
checked my records. i purchased something in september. got a mail about pending payment on october 1 and that's when i paid. not sure if they have changed things since then.

This is their reply I tried to explain her over phone and asked her to email for clarification. And this is from escalation team.
They took 3 days to escalate and then give this reply lol
I was trying to explain her over phone you don't understand my issue I don't want to purchase new item but she was like yeah yeah ok ok its disabled temporarily. Mujhe flipkart ko paisa dena hai ye item free dega kya flipkart mera cibil faltu mein kharab karoge but she cannot understand what is cibil credit report. I did explained to her like to a kid confirmed multiple time if she can understand 😛 This is why I asked her to email me for proof.
Ye sirf escalate karke call karte hain feedback do feedback do are kuch solve toh karo fir feedback lena.

recently ordered a phone from flipkart. delivery guy asked for me id. i showed him. he went on and took a photo without asking for permission. i filed a complaint with flipkart. a lady calls me. assures me that there is nothing to worry about. nothing bad is going to happen. everything is securely saved. cool shit.
