Hi all,
Usually, the bills for BSNL broadband are generated on the first week of the month and the last date to pay the bill is usually the last week of the month.
But, for the month of April 2017, I received the bill on the first week of May 2017 (that is expected). But, the last date to pay the bill was on June 9, 2017. It means BSNL has provided almost a month to pay the bill.
Now, for the month of May 2017, I haven't received the (physical) bill, yet. Even though, it is the last week of the month. I checked the BSNL portal. No new bills are generated. I checked the selfcare portal too. No dues for me, yet. I wonder, if anyone else noticed this strange changes in BSNL billing schedule?
