How to get my line upgraded to 4mbps.

My line rate is
Line Rate - Upstream (Kbps): 493
Line Rate - Downstream (Kbps): 1999

I have raised complaint in customer care and also in twitter but no use.
 
Idhayakani SADLY line profile upgrades are rarely done over telephone ! you have to go and personally meet the DGM/DE Broadband of your city/ town ! ask him to upgrade your line profile to 4 mbps (4096 kbps)

go meet the DE Broadband of your city / town ! tell him you are on 675 and your line profile has still not been upgraded to 4 Mbps !
 
Finally some relief! i was under impression that something good is about to happen since they increased my line speed to 4mbps last month.
Now they better fix the latency issues!
 
Happy!. My line rate automatically upgraded to 4mbps. Thanks to BSNL. Getting speedtest of 2.5 mbps. BSNL really great

Idhayakani which states u are in ?. Did you complain to BSNL About line speed ? . When did they change line speed ?

I am in tamilnadu.chennai circle.I made a complaint in twitter before 2 months when i had 1199 plan.That time made a complaint to our prime minister modi, minister manojsinha and also bsnl but nothing changed.so i downgraded my plan to 499 plan in the month of may. Now suddenly i am getting my line upgraded without any new complaints.you can raise complaint in twitter.hope it will get resolved soon.
 
How to get my Line Profile changed? I got my plan changed to 675 but BSNL guys at my exchange have no idea about line profile. By what other name is LINE PROFILE known as so that it would be easy for BSNL guys to understand?
 
Shivam : wait till 1 July your speed will be restore to 2 Mbps then go and complain to BSNL exchange that you are only getting 2 Mbps instead of 4 Mbps . They should fix the issue !
 
Damn, did they reduce the speed? i was getting 260kB/s in idm and torrents now its down to 230kB/s. But in speedtest it shows 2.16mbps to 2.41mbps
 
How many of u guys are getting 4 Mbps unlimited ?. BSNL new promotional offer ?
