They have gone a lot of changes .They asked to me leave my phone no. and they said they will call me back in 24 hrs. 48 hrs. are over.No replyWhat does it mean? Coonection not fesible in my area
 
:lol: dude call them again they might have given u some complaint no. If not call them over and over again
 
Dont ever wait for their call.Whenever they promise to call they will never call, and write in their reports that the customer was not reachable.Just call and shout
 
ya man they would never call u until ur pack is expiring just call them until u get ur complaint resolved

I have clearly said that now registration method is changed.Now
the system asks for our phone no. and says they will call back in 24 hrs and the
game is over.

for the last week or so, they're calling me constantly, asking me to renew my pack, even after my saying that i don't wanna renew it for the time being... 😛
 
They wont stop calling you unless u say some f & a words.In my case the chap by himself renewed the pack even though i asked him not to do so.The next the person was at my house asking for money, and i was surprised.They just cross limits every time.

wat changed .hey dude when u called them they might be busy or something like that and there answering machine must have started .and where u live if u live in mumbai then calll 1901338888

ya they did this thing to me this month
i clearly said to them that i would renew whenever i want to by call my cto
but automatically renewed my account

and whats more i didn't even knew abt it until my cto's agent came to collect money

The warn link is there for everyone. If you were ever issued a warning you can check it by clicking the link. As of now there are no warnings to your id.

the exact thing happened with me!!! 😱

one fine day the cable guy came and asked for the money...most probably he knew i won't be home at that time...my mom refused to pay saying that she doesn't have any information and asked him to talk to me...the next morning i called up and asked what all is going on...

how the hell did they renew my account without my consent/permission???

then he was like it's ok...u won't have to pay...i just wonder if he ever really renewed it...coz the same thing once happened with me earlier too and he did extract money at that time as i was not having any other option... 🙁

and yes, i'm gonna talk nicely to the CC guys...i have a reason for that...it's not because i like them or something, it's something else 😉 :lol:

and yeah, am not telling the reason coz i know Sify guys keep an eye on this forum and unfortunately my id is quite close to the one i have there -_-
