these things have been eye opening tbh. growing up in a middle class family, i can never imagine not having a toilet at home. the arre article was an eye opener. people with regular jobs cannot afford renting a place with integrated toilet in a city like mumbai so they have to rely on public toilets and since public toilets are so few in numbers, they have to end up defecating in public before going to their regular jobs.
