In Kerala, BSNL introduces 2 new BSNL Broadband Home Combo Plans. Broadband and Telephone combined plan with no monthly fixed charges for telephone.

Additional usage charge/MB : 80 ps

Free Calls : 175

Night Unlimited (0200-0800 hrs) : Available


Plan 2 Tariff


Plan Name : Home 500 C+

Monthly charges : Rs.600/-

Free Download/Upload : 2.5 GB

Additional usage charge/MB : 80 ps

Free Calls : 50

Night Unlimited (0200-0800 hrs) : Available

even landlines plans will be having some special schemes for each state or circle,
in addition to all india plans,every state or circle will hav promotional or special tariffs

but this news hasnt been posted on kerala bsnl site even

No, BSNL and its tariff plans are not central plans. Eg:- In Kerala, BSNL Mobile tariff slashed in onam festival(August). But other states slashed mobile tariff in September or October month.
