Hathway Retention?

Hey. I would like to know if Hathway Provides the retention plans?

Like higher Data Quota for cheaper rental?

Not talking about those stupid/fake 1000 GB if you recharge now....500 GB if you renew now.

what's fake in those messages?

@salaxzar Well, My data is removed after few days for multiple times. Don't have time to call them regularly to include my data again.

And your data dissapears only after month end(monthly cycle) because if you are on their quarterly/semi/yearly plan then they automatically reset their data allowance for every user
And their system is not really sophisticated so you have to manually call/email them to give your data back which they do

Source: when i was on 25Mbps quarterly, my 1220GB(200+1000extra) would go back to 220gb when new month starts so i had to call them and they would allot me my data back.

Just call their customer care department and explain your case. They will add the additional bandwidth within 24hours. Else go for a quarterly plan and then you wont have to call for 3 months.
