For the past few months I have been unable to open the router page, the url 192.168.1.1 used to work for me but now it refuses to load at all

are you using Kaspersky by any chance or any such security suite with firewall? if yes then try disabling it and try to access router again.

Tried it and also used different url and Ethernet cable but not working

Even i cannot open for months is it the DNA 2013?, Will dump this mtnl connection and its modem and get jio fiber
