I got my Airtel BB service upgraded from AdSL to VDSL. Since then I am unable to get a constant internet service. Major issue is with VOIP that I use for internet calling using soft phones. Since the upgrade, Softphones stays as NOT CONNECTED. I do have another BB connection which works fine as far as VOIP is concerned. It used to work fine with old technology using Binatone modem/router. Since they installed Beetel 777VR1, it got worse. Please suggest any steps to fix this.
