Anyone has a d/l speed problem in Alliance? My connection looks fine but d/l speed coming at only 30-40 kbps. Got starter plan for this month, 5 MBps... Hotstar working fine, normal web browsing also good, Google cache works. Even d/l from filehippo etc coming at 1.2 mbps but normal d/l from anywhere else is down to less than 40-45 kbps. Till now it was 560-590kbps all along. Any idea what might be causing this? Checked cache clearing, tried other browsers than FF/Chrome but nothing working. Speed test result is good.
