Sify's SecureSynergy update error

Has anyone else faced a similar problem with the Secure Synergy Antivirus client that Sify provides? The customer support hasn't been of much help.CheersSharathView attachment 21

i have seen that error reported by quiet some people here. this is just one of the reasons why we do not prefer using it over other anti-viruses.

If you are using XP you should get service pack two. It's the last fix on this page:

80-250 megs of download on sify's connection? :lol:if sify were worried abt security, they should have locally provided the service pack 2 and get their CTOs to install them on the XP machines on the network. but i doubt they have the expertise in teh CTOs to handle such a task.
