Jio mass outage

Today, all my Jio SIMs (Delhi circle) started showing no network and even Jio toll free number was not working.
All Jio SIMs as well their toll free number played a wrong dialled number message.
Even confirmed my friend's JIO living in Varanasi, his too was not working.
Seems to be a mass outage.

Yes it was down in my area too since late night at kullu Himachal Pradesh. And just now its back up and working

Still No Network. in Ludhiana (PB). Has been down since 1Pm last night. I just regret porting from Airtel.
