It's going to be about the decline in cases I guess. Is it really true that it's due to the less number of tests conducted?

At least it's unlikely he would go for a strict lockdown. Like rumored before. First he would rather pretend things are under control. Second they just started opening cinemas so makes no sense.

I've noticed an usual thing though. The positive cases aren't getting duly reported. My friend who tested positive 16 days ago, her data wasn't updated on Aarogya as positive. And it didn't show up in my app that I met somebody who was positive or even that somebody in my contact list is positive or high risk.

Even though she uses the app, and her Aadhar number was taken for the test. And the same thing is happening with a lot of other people who are testing positive in Delhi and UP. It's not reflecting in Arogya or elsewhere.

Please tell her to first visit UP in general, and Hatras, Balrampur in particular
