Mass action plan to get night unlimited usage

Folks something seriously and vigourously needs to be done to get our due in the form of night time unlimited usage. In a democratic country there could be no double standards, one for Delhi & Mumbai and another for the rest of India. It is a form apartheid, instead of between races, it is between people at the centres of power and elsewhere.Quite some time has passed after the July 1 dead line, instead of announcing a liberalised data usage regime, they have started vigourously monitoring and implementing the datacaps. And also any signs of revsion and fresh announcements are fading by the day.In this senario, we need do everything possible to atleast get a night time unlimted usage as is extended to users in Delhi & Mumbai, here parity is the key word and we should fight to get that.Let us discuss and chart out a stratergy to attain our objectives. 😀
 
Wow now people are saying double standards for Delhi&Mumbai and Rest of India.Havent u enjoyed unlimited for 6 months.....we in delhi didnt get such an offerMoreover "rest of india gets 1 GB @ Rs 500 whereas we get 400MB @ rs 400........as a result Airtel BB is costlier in delhi than 'rest of india'And moreover instead of MASS ACTION for NIGHT ULTD>>...get MASS AXN FOR UNLIMITED....and that too for "WHOLE OF INDIA" and not just "REST OF INDIA"
 
and yes, MTNL and BSNL are two "different" entities...so u really can't compare them that way...MTNL is same wherever it's available 🙂
 
I did not meant any offence to users of Delhi and Mumbai, I was against the perverted policies of the BSNL.Unlimited usage is our ultimate goal, have no doubt about that!!!But as a first step, night time unlimited usage is needed to be implemented immediately.
 
normal users do not use net at nights. i think it won't even be a priority.
 

Unlimited d/l for night users would come for a price I guess. It will be like topping. Its surely workable that way. Unless ur speaking of Night Only A/c where the use is unlimited - even thats workable.

I guess as of nothing is being charged form MTNL users and the same ratio should be made applicable to BSNL users also.Since during the night time, i.e. between 12 to 8 in the morning, I guess the resources would be lying idle, which could made use of by throwing it open to the people who are interested in downloading some stuff from the net.I am thankful to BSNL for the first class service they provide, the night time unlimited usage would be the logical step forward to add further value to the service. 😀
 
i really do not get it. why do they even have to listen to you. are you even important to them? how much do u contribute to their earnings in a month 500 rupees? i seriously do not get it... just becoz it is a governemtn organisation, it is expected to provide u ultra cheap services and get bankrupt coz it has the government backing to rescue it afterwards?

a company has got to make a profit and this is a great way to make it. no competition and little efforts from the users to make them realise that they have stupid stupid plans. they are in a very good position even with airtel and others offering better speeds at slightly higher rates.
 
A company in the public sector like BSNL does not exist with profits as its main motive. They were primarily created to provide service to the residents of this great nation. They were funded by the public money and most of their policies are welfare oriented rather than to make profit. In light of the above it is imperative for them to review there policies of datacap and provide atleast, I repeat atleast night time unlimited usage.Sushubh, be positive!!! It was the army of common man that won a mighty battle against a great empire. I am impressed by the fact that it is Airtel users, who are more in solidarity with the demand of ours. It seems Dataone users are tired after a hectic free downloading period. 🙄
 
Correction - BSNL is no longer DoT but it is a corporate entity. In environment of competition they can provide cheap solutions but shud they do so at a loss.BSNL shall do what is in their own interest and automatically if competition is there then the solutions from them and others will be cheap. Besides if u dont liek the tariff of BSNL then u can always go to others whose solutions u like.Dont we all keep doing that all the time.
 
I am at loss to understand whether you people want unlimited night usage or not. I am telling you that night unlimted usage has been implemented by MTNL after due consideration, and it does not affect the companies resources or profits in any significant way.But most of you are speaking, as if BSNL has been bequeathed to you buy the government. To bad!!! 🙄
