Anyone to visit bsnl exchange and ask outside of state person can apply?
For existing BB and ftth customers can get it for free though app would only be accessible via your bsnl broadband connection. Details
Paid service is better if you need same no any where in world. Saves kind international roaming costs.
Free service for existing customers saves cordless phone costs though need to be seen how many apps it wuld support and where the no would ring?!
