Bharat a bank cashier falls in the bad books of local MLA Tripathi when he refuses to let him set up an office in his home. Bharat needlessly gets dragged into a case of a stolen fan when a police constable informs him about the alleged robbery. After greasing the palms of the police and the witnesses he finally gets possession of his fan. However he is subjected to even more harassment and humiliation when he is charged for terrorist activities for annoying the Local MLA Tripathi’s brother. Will the common man be able to rise against the injustice meted out to him?
