I read somewhere comment by some financial expert that reducing interest rates by RBI Governor on home loans and other loans would have side effect of interest rates getting reduced for Savings/Deposits. This will negatively impact people who depend on interests on their Savings example retired people.

I cannot reuse apin/mpin numbers. Password requirements are so bad that they literally force you to write it down and keep it at an accessible place. This bank is incredibly stupid.
 


My MPIN was rejected so I have been trying to reset it. Does not work. PhonePe and TruPay both keep on rejecting OTPs sent by Yes Bank. Can anyone check/confirm.
 
I use PhonePe.. I have a Yes Bank account and I have @ybl vpa.

I could transfer money using my existing pin.

Do you want me to try and change mpin?
 
i was finally able to reset the mpin. and annoyingly enough it seems to have become the mpin for the yes bank app as well. right now both imps (with that i assume neft and rtgs as well as mpin is same for all transactions) and upi are using the same pin. not sure if this is by design. but at least it seems to be happening with me. assuming you use the new yes banking app, can you confirm the pins for both these transaction modes is same?
