freaks updated their website this week. mobile app and website were both down yesterday. mobile app was still useless through the day for me. website refused to accept my current password. kind of made it even harder to fill the password using browser password manager. had to reset the password which required my aadhaar number. they should not have access to my aadhaar number but somehow they do. the backend seems to be much simpler compared to before but everything is so damn slow. and a lot of things remain super annoying. very frustrating experience.
not to forget... they now force you to have security questions. five or six of them. and you cannot set your own questions. and the questions are so fucking stupid (what brand tv you have? what brand fridge you have?). this should not be a acceptable thing in 2020... let alone a mandatory thing. god i hate how they are ruining everything that has been good about them for so long.
RBL just opened a branch in my local market. their fd interest rates are slightly better than yes/indus at the moment. i am considering shutting down my yes bank account and switch to rbl.
They are not good yet.... The relationship manager & branch manager..... keep pestering make FD of all fund lying in savings.... And they are not able to sort out any issues.... whether relationship manager or branch manager or customer care....
